Hiap Heng Heavyequipment Co. was founded with 1 unit of Kato 18T crane and 1 unit of Tadano TL200

1985

Acquired 12 second-hand crawler cranes from a local company to boost the fleet of cranes to meet the increasing demand.
Hiap Heng supplied cranes for projects on Bukom island, Pulau Ayer Chawan (now known as Jurong Island) and construction of Jurong East MRT line.
